custom tattoo design request form

For the foreseeable future tattoo requests are OPEN! I'm stoked to be able to bring your ideas to life. The minimum cost for a custom tattoo design is $65 USD and this gives you up to 3 inches in design. Prices go up from there and depend on the size and level of detail of your design. I am only accepting requests that are concrete ideas. There must be at least have a vision for your design, elements you want to include in order for me to take on your project. Please include the following in your request in order to be considered:

+ sizes of design in inches / possible locations 

+ idea for design in as much detail as possible 

+ style and level of detail of design i.e. minimalistic, traditional, moderate detail etc.
